Oily Orange Rectal Discharge?

Recently my brother has been taking some new medications, a weight loss aid, a dietary supplement, and a mood support herbal supplement. He complains that his stools have been lose and he says he is experencing an oily orange discharge along with them. It sits on the top of the water like greese. I ume that this has to do with the medications because his diet or lifestyle has not recently changed, but we'd like to be sure. Also,he has taken the recomended dosage of each supplement but stopped about two days ago when he began to notice the discharge, and would like to know how long it will be until the Discharge ceases.
