How do I get help for an addict?

A friend of mine of 10 years is slipping away. She is heavily addicted to drugs. She shoots up and is under 100 pounds. She has resorted to selling her body to support her habit and is now recently homeless. I am not able to offer her a place to stay b/c she has hep c and blood disorders and I am pregnant and was told not to be around her much. I am deeply saddened and they do not give her more than 6 months to make it unless she keeps immediate help. Are their free rehabs? I am in the state of FL.. Please someone help me figure out what to do to prevent this poor girl from ping.
