Should we turn prisons into universities?

I think it would be unwise and cost us billians also why should vile repolsive inmates be given higher education when the good but poor mes can not? Thats unfair and illogical. Why would you give sneaky, maniacle, repulsive, manipulative people a higher education? Wed see more m murders but harder to find the killers and sutch. Bad idea.
