Should I break up with my boyfriend after 7 years?! I dreamt i should ask this last night!!?

I'm 23 he's 30 next month we have been together since i was 16 and apart from a few minor blips in the beginning have been faithful. The problem is we argue, cant go 3 weeks without & we seem constantly on eggshells in anticipation of an argument, we dont even live together anymore because of it, its always over stupid stuff which makes it even more annoying and we've split up more times than i know, but always drift back (habit or love?!). Recently he refused to come to my sisters 21st (he said he would) it led to a big argument as he tends to shy away from family stuff-even though my family love him & vice versa. We have fun, love each other & he is a lovely man when he wants to be, but a bit boring sometimes too. We have similar aspirations,but i feel i want more & recently i cant stop thinking of with other men! Obviously there is not enuf space to say everything i just need opinions as i dont want 2 loose the love of my life, but dont want to miss out on life either, help!!!!!
