Why are the Cowboys not going to Win the Superbowl this year?

I mean on paper they have to be the favorite. Romo, Austin, Williams, Jones, Choice, Barber, Witten, Ware, James, Brooking, Newman, Jenkins plus a huge O-Line. I think the Cowboys got it this year.
