If a stranger ped you a note saying that he/she was going to commit suicide several years from now...?

What would you do? This is a purely, purely hypothetical question. Also suppose that the note indicated a specific time, date, and reachable place, and perhaps even a method how. And you get to look at their face and remember what he/she looks like before she/he walks away and you don't see them again. Would you try and stop them? Would you hold that intention even through the events of your own life that would precipitate through those several years? I'm interested in human resposibility and sympathy, so that's why I'm asking
