How many of you....(men only?)?

How many of you would have a seriously relationship with a single mom who was roomates with her ex-boyfriend (the father of her child). The relationship between them is over and strictly platonic, sleep in separate rooms, have opposite schedules and the living situation is temporary until she finishes school which is another year. Would you be okay with it as long as it was temporary.
