Extreme Oily Skin! HELP?

I have super oily skin (granted I am 17) and need an excellent product to keep me matte! Let me go through my skin care and makeup routine. At night I cleanse my face with Clean and Clear acne control cleanser and then moisturize with Clean and Clear dual action moisturizer. For my makeup routine in the morning, I start with MAC prep and prime refined zone on my nose chin and forehead. Then I prime my face with The Present clear makeup. I wear Make Up Forever mat velvet + liquid foundation and set it with MAC blot powder. Right after I put my makeup on I look super matte and perfect! but after only 2 hours the oily monster starts to come out! I can feel my face start to get oilier and oilier and it just grosses me out! By the time Lunch comes around ( about 5 hours after I have done my makeup, my face is irreparable! I go to the ladies room and blot my face with about 4 or 5 blot papers and try my hardest to touch up with powder. Yes i suppose blotting and powdering helps, but it still doesn't look right and it is a huge hle! I can't even explain how horrified I am when I get home and look in the mirror. ugh it's depressing and I am super frustrated! What should I do!? I thought maybe I should see a dermatologist..
