Are TI-89's allowed on the PSAT?

Are TI-89's allowed on the psat? I've found a link that says yes and on the packages it says yes, they are allowed. however, in my school they say ti89's are prohibited for the psat. I'm going to talk to my counselor about it, but before i do i want to make sure that I'm not overlooking anything. If you've taken the psat did you use a ti89 on it? if they are not allowed can you find me a link that says they are not allowed on the psat? on the collegeboard website it says nothing against TI-89's and says graphing calculators are permitted and TI-89's are graphing calculators.
